NeatNow offers three cleaning service levels for Calgary homes: Standard, First Time Clean, and Move In/Out. Every clean follows a documented room-by-room checklist so you know exactly what's included.
All three services share the same list of what we don't do
Your weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance clean. Keeps your home fresh and consistent, visit after visit.
A thorough first clean that sets the baseline for your recurring standard cleans. Covers everything in the Standard Clean, plus baseboard, window-sill, and vent upgrades (a wet pass instead of a dry dust), under furniture, door frames, and full furniture wipe-downs.
For empty homes changing hands. Includes inside cabinets, inside appliances, wall spot-cleaning, and every surface top to bottom. The home must be empty of furniture and belongings.
We set clear expectations so there are no surprises. The list below is the full set of things we don't do. Anything else in your home is yours to direct. If you'd like something outside your service's checklist, just ask us when you book and we will price it as an add-on.
We do: sweep the floor clear of dust and debris, knock down reachable cobwebs, and wipe and tidy flat surfaces.
We don't: mop or power wash the floor, degrease, remove set-in oil stains from the concrete, move heavy items or vehicles, clean walls, shelving, tools or storage areas, or apply sealants and chemical treatments.
